Whether this is your first ever floatation experince or you are a frequent floater our attentive staff will guide you through your float, providing explanations about what to expect throughout the experience. If this is your first ever float we recommend that you arrive 10 minutes earlier than your scheduled time, so we can talk you through the steps and answer any questions you may have.  Everything you need will be provided on the day.

Private Shower in each room

After each float session, our floatation tanks undergo a comprehensive quadruple filtration process. Our state of the art pods use UV cleaning which destroys up to 99.9% of microorganisms as the solution passes through it. The tanks also feature an automatic chemical dosing system, which sanitises the water inbetween every float.

Additionally, there is a designated shower facility available for use both before and after your floatation experience, ensuring a refreshing and hygienic transition.

What to expect

After your shower, entering the floatation tank initiates your session. It starts with ambient lights and calming meditation music, fading after 10 minutes as the tank embraces darkness, immersing you in a sensory experience. Five minutes before the session ends, both lights and music gently return, guiding you back to awareness. Exiting the tank, you carry the tranquil essence of the experience, offering a moment of reflection before reentering the outside world. The floatation tank session, with its carefully curated stages, provides a unique opportunity for rejuvenation and self-discovery.
